SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

All original art or mixed media art is shipped within 7 days of ordering.

Our shipping and handling pricing varies depending on the Size if the Artwork piece you purchase. We can ship worldwide. Please note duties and customs may apply in certain countries and we do not determine or cover these.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-­­Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.

International shipping is available to certain locations. Please make an inquiry to our email below to see if we ship to your location. Shipping and handling times will vary by location. Please allow 10­ to 25 days for your international package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them

Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email with the tracking number. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to find your tracking number, please contact us so we can help you right away!

If you wish to return a product you can contact us within 14 days after receiving your package. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping costs and additional fees (such as packaging and material costs etc) and that you are responsible for delivering the package back to us in a secure way. As soon as we have cleared that the product/products are in perfect condition we will transfer your money (minus the costs for shipping) back to you as soon as possible.

If your product/products appears to be broken or damaged in any way upon arrival and you wish to make a complaint, contact us as soon as possible with details, pictures and any additional information that we might need and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All potential custom duties are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Please note that colors, shades and textures might appear different in photos than in real life. Our artwork is professionally photographed and we try to show our artwork as true to the originals as possible, but depending on what contrast, color settings and brightness you may have on your screen the photographs can vary from the original painting.
