SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
Shipping
All original art or mixed media artworks that are not marked with "no shipping for this item" are shipped within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the artwork and are
automatically calculated at checkout before you complete your
purchase.
We ship both within Sweden and internanionally, except for the countries stated below. Please note that
customs duties and import taxes may apply in some countries — these
charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and
are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday). We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, but we are happy to help you track your package if it is delayed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll assist you promptly.
If your package arrives damaged, please ask the carrier to note the damage and take photos of both the packaging and the contents before opening it. Contact us within a reasonable time.
If a package is not collected and returned to us,
the customer will be charged for the actual shipping and handling
costs.
We do not ship to a number of prohibited and restricted regions and countries (your order will be cancelled and credited):

Return and Refund Policy
According to the Swedish Distance Sales Act, you
have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you
receive your order.
If you wish to return a product, please
contact us by email within this period. We will send you a return
label and instructions on how to proceed. Please return the item in
its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent
damage.
Please note that you are responsible for all return
shipping costs and any additional fees (e.g., packaging and
material costs), as well as for ensuring that the package is returned
safely.
Once we have confirmed that the returned artwork is in
perfect condition, we will issue a refund (minus
shipping costs) as soon as possible — no later than 14 days
after you received your order.
If the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) with photos and details. If your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
All possible customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that colors, shades, and textures may
appear differently on screen than in real life. We photograph our
artworks professionally and strive to represent them as accurately as
possible, but variations may occur due to screen settings.

Consumer Protection and Company Information
We comply with Swedish consumer protection laws
and EU distance selling regulations.
We always
aim to resolve any disputes directly with the customer. If we are
unable to reach an agreement, you may contact the National
Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden.
